Keep your listing accurate
List a real business you are authorised to represent. Use a clear name, accurate category, current contact details and a truthful description of your products or services. Update material changes promptly. A Featured badge reflects a paid listing option, not independent certification or a recommendation by TitanX.
Respect people and their rights
Only upload images, logos, descriptions and contact information you own or have permission to use. Obtain any necessary permissions from identifiable people in images. Do not publish confidential information, another person’s private details or material that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights.
What is not allowed
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, misleading claims or deceptive contact details.
- Illegal products or services, counterfeit goods or content that facilitates unlawful activity.
- Hate, harassment, threats, exploitation or sexually explicit material.
- Malware, attempts to bypass security, unauthorised access or disruption of the service.
- Spam, bulk harvesting of personal information or misuse of directory contacts for unlawful marketing.
- Duplicate or manipulative listings intended to distort searches or evade restrictions.
You are responsible for complying with the laws, licences and professional rules that apply to your business and its products in the relevant markets.
Make responsible connections
Use business contact details for relevant, lawful enquiries. Respect a recipient’s request not to be contacted. Do your own checks before sharing sensitive information, entering a contract or paying another business. TitanX does not guarantee the identity, solvency or performance of a listed business.

Send concerns to info@titanxglobal.com with the listing link, the reason for your concern and supporting details. For a rights complaint, explain the right you hold and the material involved. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
